1 Beliefs within the organization The content of the training: The life and operation of an organization is deeply affected and formed by the beliefs (belief systems) in the minds of the leaders and workers. Daily communication, successful leadership, private life, work, etc. are all affected by these beliefs. This training aims to provide the participants with an insight into the methods that can be used to learn about them and with the possibiliy to gain some own experience. Training themes:   The power of beliefs Everyday beliefs and other groupings Methods for learning about the beliefs of our organization Mapping of others’ beliefs Resolving opposite beliefs 2 Team roles within the organization The content of the training: An ideal team consists of people with a wide range of abilities and personalities, where everyone can find the most appropriate role for themselves. The success of the teams lies in their complexity – depends on their balance. Belbin, who created her theory of team roles, built her model on this observation. Belbin et al. have identified eight types of team roles on scientific basis as a result of team work observations carried out in ”clear” situations. The participants of the training gain an insight into the bases of Belbin’s theory. Training themes: The role and operation of the teams Belbin’s theory Team member type survey 3 Leadership effectiveness training The aim of the training:   Introducing the bases of the test on Leader Adaptability and Style Inventory (LASI) spread in the fields related to leadeship studies, education, healthcare, political parties or even family, developed by the Center for Leadership Studies at Ohio State University. Thus, promoting the participants’ leadership effectiveness, mapping the effective starting points and knowledge become possible in order to develop the everyday work organization, a more conscious work-life integration and problem-solving abilities.   Training themes:   The definition of leadership style What kind of leader are you? Style flexibility and style range The three-dimensional model The life-cycle theory The maturity of subordinates and influencing maturity 4 Assertivity The content of the training: Assertivity is a communication method that combines self-assertion and the taking into account the interest of the others, thus, promoting non-violent communication and social efficiency in the long term. Assertivity can be learnt, developed and acquiring it, promotes and facilitates the resolutions of the conflicts. Training themes:   The manifestations of assertivity in verbal communication The manifestations of assertivity in non-verbal communication Assertive attitude Passive attitude Manipulative attitude Aggressive attitude Assertive attitude 5 Time management training The aim of the training:           Time management is not a new phenomenon, in fact, it is carried out on a daily basis. This intensive training will show how we can become much more efficient in it than ever before. The participants will learn how to set up their goals and how to divide the priority levels amonf them, how to structure their activities and during the training, they will learn about the time-wasting factors of the weekdays and the ways of managing them both in the short and long terms. Thus, these factors will form a unitary whole, an operating system. Training themes:   Why do we need to ”manage” time? – ordinary time-consumers   How do I schedule my time? Self-diagnosis   The 4 basic dimensions   The principle of priority   And much more   6 The market value of self-knowledge     The aim of the training:       The practical approach of self-knowledge considered an abstract concept by many people. Showing why self-knowledge is important for a leader, why the self-knowledge education of the employees means efficiency increase and how self-knowledge and the systematic knowledge of our abilities contribute to the more effective and successful decision-making, work organization, advertising and PR activity within the economic life. The trap of self-deception: with self-justification against bad decisions 7 Business communication The aim of the training: To increase communication among the leaders and employees of small, medium and large enterprises, to learn about own interaction styles, to recognize other people’s style more easily in order to increase business efficiency and work organization within the company.
