Psychological (aptitude) tests

The purpose of the tests is to study human behavior in accordance with work and work organization.

These tests are primarily work psychology tests that cover the measurement of reaction time, concentration, the measurement of intelligence, the assessment of memory and decisiveness and also the core personality. The three main areas are:

  • ability
  • competence and performance assessment
